VCM/S-PVC is one of the largest businesses of INEOS ChlorVinyls.  VCM and PVC resin facilities are located on large integrated manufacturing sites in Germany, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom. The production capacity today stands at 1.6 million tonnes of VCM and 1.5 million tonnes of Suspension PVC. VCM is produced principally for use within INEOS ChlorVinyls.
